    MCM Exhaust, Who Has One?

Anyone have any info on MCM exhausts that were, I believe, located in Ca. at one time. I believe it was an aftermarket company that died out a while back. I have a chance to buy a NOS system and wanted to know if they were decent and worth the money they were asking. Thanks,

Digging up the old stuff here, I know but updating my expirience. I had an HID bulb go out in my GS1100G and the DDM Tuning bulbs are supposedly lifetime guaranteed. I called and went through their procedure for the warranty claim. I called and spoke with a tech and he agreed that the bulb...

Could an oil temperature sender/pickup be located there and hooked up to an oil temp guage? Call me stupid but I think I might be more interested in the temp than the pressure????

    1100G brake question I can't answer???

I measured the rotors and they are within spec. No, or very very little warping that I can see. I dont have a real good stand for my micrometer or runout guage but it's not moving the needle much at all. I am leaning towards the Bwringer explaination. I will try and get some original parts...

    1100G brake question I can't answer???

There is no comparision between OEM lines and stainless. When I grabbed the lever, I could see the rubber lines getting fatter. With the stainless it feels like you pull till you hit a block of wood. then you just decide how much you want to squeeze that block. I would highly reccomend...

    1100G brake question I can't answer???

No, Its not air. I don't mean to ask advice and not take it but I have dealt with plenty of systems with air still in them and they feel spongy. A system filled with air will allow the lever to be pulled almost to the handle bar as the air compresses. This is not the case at all. Once the...

Thank you for the info. I was interested because of the price mostly. (20.00) and the thought of being able to say I have one on my GS. Because I am not an authority on Suspension setup for these bikes, what do they really do for someone who is not a very aggressive rider? I am...
