    A note to old forum members...
    I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

    Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

    Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

  • Returning Visitors

    If you are a returning visitor who never received your confirmation email, then odds are your email provider is blockinig emails from our server. The only thing that can be done to get around this is you will have to try creating another forum account using an email address from another domain.

    If you are a returning visitor to the forum and can't log in using your old forum name and password but used to be able to then chances are your account is deleted. Purges of the databases are done regularly. You will have to create a new forum account and you should be all set.

    I had to cut off the bandit flanges and weld on my old gs ones. It worked great, i may have a lil exaust leak but not enough to hurt, at least i dont think. My complete exaust with performence can and all was only 50.00 best money ive soent for performence and sound. heres some pics...

    i had the same problem, check you connections at the coils and make sure your getting spark on all wires. My problem ended up being my ignition. Do you still have points?

    Yes it is just like the gs. I thought that would be the problem i just wanted a 2nd opinion. I did put my gs points on the bike, i thought they were still good but no luck on getting a spark out of the other two cylinders. I had to hot wire the bike, there isnt 2 wires that hook up the the...

    I have been working on a kz 650 and its only firning on 2 cylinders but i beleive it is a ignition problem because i can switch the leads to the points and it will fire on different cylinders. What would cause one side of the points not to fire. thanks

    I like it loud

    i modified some bandit headers to work, than just run them straight. All my friends and people around town thinks its an R1 or gsxr. Than they see my bike and they cant beleive its sound.

    Frustrated - Help!

    just ajust your needles and get some jets. Leave the pods they make a difference in performence. Ask keith krause about the jets and needle positions, he can help you out. Maybe a dyno jet kit.

    Dyna tek is a great company and recomend them to evrybody on the forum, very nice and follow their warranties, even if you lost your papers. Buy a dyna it is worth it!

    What gear ration should i go?

    Thanks scotty, i was thinking i wouldnt notice too much in a change in bottom end either, just because my bike seems to have a lot of power anyway. Thanks again, i'll try one tooth down in front.
