    I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

    Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

  • Returning Visitors

    If you are a returning visitor who never received your confirmation email, then odds are your email provider is blockinig emails from our server. The only thing that can be done to get around this is you will have to try creating another forum account using an email address from another domain.

    If you are a returning visitor to the forum and can't log in using your old forum name and password but used to be able to then chances are your account is deleted. Purges of the databases are done regularly. You will have to create a new forum account and you should be all set.

    I don't have the 3 pin flasher and my speed sensor is damaged. Rode 2 summers with remembering to manually turn them off.

    What do these wires do.

    Looking at the wiring Diagram and wondering what these do. On my 82 gs1100e It has auto cancel signals that have never work and don't care to get them to work but was wondering what the Light green/Black and the Brown/ Yellow. The wires go straight from the switch to the cancel box.

    Higher Rpm wall/cutting out

    So decided to start working on this since it winter here. Took the carbs off to reclean them but might of found the issue. #3 carb diaphragm boot was not fully set in the carb the boot doesn't look damaged but there a good 1.25 of open gap were it wasn't seated. Going to soak the carb anyways...

    deleting clutch wire

    My bike was deleted before I got it and I have hit the starter without pulling the handle in gear and it will knock over the bike if on the side stand. Lucky I was on the opposite side when tipped.

I plan on keeping the air box so the only other place that had the space was on the side of the battery box and rear master cylinder.     Physical size for now. 4 1/4 by 4 in. I didn't measure overall height with the fins. The bolt spacing is 3 3/8 on center. I do have a clamp for my meter but I think it only an A/c measuring. Might be a week or to before I get bike running again to do testing. Currently pulling the carbs...
