    Which do you like better?

I've got two new Jardine pipes...one chrome with chrome megaphone, and one black with brushed oval canister. I put the chrome set-up on my Skunk. Today I was playing around and took the chrome megaphone off and put on the canister. Looks kinda cool, I think. Which do you like better?

The Oval looks pretty damn sporty, but a lil too modern for the Skunks vintage beauty. If it were me, and I was going for that stock look, i think i would stick with the meg. Just me tho. If ya dont mind, where did you pick those up, and what did they run you? I am shopping some 4into1s at the moment, and while i like the VH i have, the Jardine i had on my CB750 sounded AMAZING.

I bought them both over a year ago. The black one was a closeout at Star Cycle for $249.00, and the Chrome one I got on ebay for about $300.00. I have never seen a chrome megaphone Jardine for the GS1000 before or since.

And I agree, the magaphone looks better on that particular bike. I'll save the black set-up for my beast project, as originally intended. It will have a black motor, so it should look good on that one.

I like the second option. Both look good though.

                      I like both too.
                      Which one goes better?

Actually the second one is butt ugly on that bike.
                      Just not classy enough.

No centerstand with the canister exhaust? That would be a deal breaker to me. The megaphone looks more period correct thus gets my vote.
