1978 GS750E, no electrical at all??

On my 1978 GS750E. Received it last weekend w/20k miles. Hasn’t been run in a few years. Good shape, just barn dusty.
Got my new battery.
Still no lights, no click on start button. Tried kick start yet with the old varnish smelling gas not surprising.
Pulled the carbs for ultrasonic cleaning tomorrow.

So far my troubleshooting:
12.5V @ new battery
12.5V @starter relay
Starter relay Ohms good
15A inline fuse, good visual and Ohms
Ignition switch Ohms good
Starter button Ohms good
Kill switch Ohms good
No dash lights, turn signals,brakes or horn
Ground is good from battery to block, Ohms good
From Starter relay to starter motor, Ohms good
Reviewed wires in headlight bucket, all good, no rodent evidence, same with harnesses along frame.

Any thoughts ??

15A in line fuse??? Didn't the 750 have a main fuse in the fuse panel?

They have a 15amp inline fuse:

makes me wonder if a connection somewhere is corroded....
