A Special Note about Email accounts!
DO NOT SIGN UP USING hotmail, outlook, gmx, sbcglobal, att, bellsouth or email.com. They delete our forum signup emails.

A note to old forum members...
I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

  • Returning Visitors

If you are a returning visitor who never received your confirmation email, then odds are your email provider is blockinig emails from our server. The only thing that can be done to get around this is you will have to try creating another forum account using an email address from another domain.

If you are a returning visitor to the forum and can't log in using your old forum name and password but used to be able to then chances are your account is deleted. Purges of the databases are done regularly. You will have to create a new forum account and you should be all set.

Hey Hoomgar, you can get a brand new 'Wes Cooley GS' replica fairing from Airtech. I'm not sure if you've checked them out already? I don't know what the price would be? You'd have to e-mail them. Check it out at http://www.airtech-streamlining.com/suzuz/gs1000s.htm
Hope that helps!
Oh, in my opinion, the 1150 fairing looks OK, but the 1000S fairing would be much cooler!
-Gerald.

They have no email address listed on their broken up web site and they are never there when I call them and do not return my calls. I was told by a bike shop that they are around $166.00 for the fairing from airtech without the visor, mirrors or mounts. Too rich for my blood. I am looking for a used one.

Thanks though :)

Yeah that's the animal Robin :)
Thanks a lot :)

And it works well too, with the 1000S 1" rise in the handlebars and that fairing I could ride that thing at a 100 miles an hour all day but is was still a good riding position for country roads and town traffic

I have after market K&N bars on my bike and don't own the original bars. What is this 1" rise you refer to? The stock bars were way higher than the bars I have on now and your comment makes me concerned that I may run into trouble putting the S fairing on with my current bars?

There were several different stock handlebars for the 1000, S handlebars have as I said about a 1" rise in them, the European spec ones atleast, 1000E was a bit higher and you guys in te states got way taller bars as standard, check out the is page: http://www.msnusers.com/motorgek/suzgs1000swescooleyreplica.msnw on my site to see some examples but from what I can see height shouldn't be a problem? :?
