I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

I recently bought a used GS700 triple cover for my 750ES, because I think the 700 model looks far better than the 750 cover.

But I just came across this on eBay, and was wondering what it's from, or if it's a cut-down 700 triple cover.

Here's a stock, known GS700 triple cover (minus the "Suzuki" center piece to cover the mounting bolt:

And here's the one in question...:

Anyone know what the second one is from?

No clue, but it doesn't look like a cut-down GS700 cover - I've got an uncut one here and it only has one hole, right through the middle. I don't even see how that one would fit on a stock triple, it has the mounting holes in the wrong places.

If I end up heading up there this weekend, I'll bring it with me and you can have it - I won't be using my stock triples, so I can't really use it anyway (not like it fits with my current clipons either)

That second one is off an '83-'86 GS550E/ES. I used to have an '85 GS550ES.

It will not fit on the 750/700 model.

Knew someone would know. Wasn't planning on buying it, just struck me as odd because it looked like a Suzuki part, but was definitely mis-listed.

Thanks!

Got one already, but thanks!

I couldn't make it by to get photos of that 750 today, but I plan on swinging by tomorrow evening on my way to bike night.

I'll forward them as soon as I get them downloaded.

At this point, if you don't buy it, I may (much to the wife's chagrin...;))

Cheers,
