There's been some discussion if a Mikuni jet and a Dynojet jet have the same size stamped on them, are they in fact the same size. No, they're not.
A Mikuni jet size is determined by how many cc's of fuel will pass through it in 1 minute. So a Mikuni jet that passes 130 cc/min. is a 130.
A Dynojet jet size is determined by the diameter of its fuel passage. A 130 Dynojet jets hole is 1.3mm in diameter. A 140 DJ is 1.4mm, etc.
A 140 Mikuni jet would be the same size as a 149.8 DJ, to be exact.
A 130 Mikuni jet would be about the same as a 139 DJ, and so on...
If I can find that comparison chart, I'll post some more sizes.
