Hi guys, I'm Eric and I live in the Albany area. First bike I was ever on was a 76 or 77 gs750, not positive on the year but it's right there somewhere. My dad bought it new when he was about my current age (26). He used to sit me and my sister on the gas tank (one at time!) and ride us around which was great.
Unfortunately about ten years ago he was hit on the side riding and the bike was totaled. I have it now and I am slowly fixing it.
My dad bought an 80s gs650g after his 750 was wrecked. It's always had a little trouble idling so I'm working on the carbs now for him. Joined up to look for parts and advice on working on it so I can get him going again.
I also own a 70s honda cb360, a 97 tl1000s and a 2016 gsxr 750. My dad pointed it out after I bought it, but there's a nice symmetry to both of us buying a brand new suzuki 750 at 26!
