my U/S cleaner has pre heat and a 60 minute timer. i bath a single carb for 80 minutes.
20 sat up right, 20 laid on its front, 20 on its back and 20 stood on its head.
that way it gets every nook and cranny and orifice from every angle
I use a commercial grade 2.5 gallon US cleaner for the small business that I run, cleaning vintage motorcycle carbs. I only run my cleaner 30 minutes to clean a carb. 15 minutes with it facing up & 15 with it facing down. They come out spotless.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't the US principle say that the bubble created, go in every direction? I think your 80 minutes might be overkill, Agemax.
