I just finished installing a Compufire R/R on my GS700ES. It's quite a bit bigger than the stock unit so I had to get a little creative.
Old unit/new unit:

The original fit horizontally under this bracket:

There was not enough room under the bracket for the larger Compufire so it needed to go on top of the bracket (couldn't do that with the stock airbox but I have pods). The mounting bolts were too close together so I split the bracket (and painted edges after this photo):

Now it bolts on top nicely:

All tucked away in front of the battery box:

Quick test was good after install.
