I am using my iphone for GPS and an accurate Speedometer. I devised a way to mount the phone using the belt holder that came with my case. It's been sitting on my workbench for a few months waiting to go on the bike somehow.
Small metal bracket, 3M tape and zip ties.
Worked great:
Then after a trip on the bike I realized that I needed to incorporate a charger. I wanted to do this on the cheap.
Started with this from Wal-Mart ($8):
Modified:
Adapted:
Mounted with 2 sided tape:
Installed into my PC-8 Fuse Block:
Ran the cable under the tank and put it in the clip on the case:
And there you have it:
