I must have good Suzuki dealers over here in Wisconsin, I get parts that need to be ordered in about 5 days....when i ordered from BB it was over 2 weeks! Anyway i went into the new dealer a couple of weekends ago thinking that it would be a week before i could run my bike cause i needed a new oil pan gasket...turns out they actually had it in back...these people just turned into a suzuki dealer too! I was shocked!

Yep - that's the one that was mentioned after I suggested something along those lines in your thread about a price list. Apparently somebody was WAY ahead of me on that. Great link - went in my bookmark list as soon as I saw it.

I had a back order part from them already. It still arrived in less than two weeks. I had an issue recently with them not replying to my emails in a timely manor. In two years of doing business that is the only thing I can hit them for. And they did reply and with information that made sense and an offer for a solution. The situation was that emblems I ordered were not right. They were subbed by Suzuki years ago so there is nothing BB can do about it except refund. I will check them for size and if they fit I'll just use them.

No I can't complain about BB so far. They give me better service than anyone else. I figure that is what I am paying extra for.

My only problems with Ron Ayers is if they know you have an old bike they tell you that they don't carry parts for anything that old. When I was rebuilding the top end on my bike I emailed them about rings and was sent back a nasty email that they don't carry parts for anything that old, that just pi##ed me off. Plus if you live in NC with having to pay the state tax it eats up any potential savings from them.

I just placed a combined order with them for me and a friend to take advantage of the reduced shipping and then split it at that! So it is 2 bucks shipping this time a piece

My order went over the 25 dollar mark a bit and when I asked them about it they credited me the two dollars.

It's what makes the differnece for me. Every experience with them I am impressed.

                        International Buyer

I am a Canadian Buyer from bike bandit. I found them only a week ago through these forums. I ordered some parts I coudl not get locally, and my local dealer is really unhappy when I ask him to look through the microfiche for small parts on the 1981.

So I ordered a bunch of bolts you can't get from a fastener store, and a headlamp along with some odds n sods. Cost me $20 shipping, but parts were still less than from the dealer here.

Order took 5 DAYS (including the weekend) to get here! ONE day after they notified me it shipped.

I am totally impressed. They ship all duties and taxes and brokerage fees PRE-PAID and included in the total of shipping. So it is a wicked deal and no surprises.

Just got to share how impressed with them I am

Well, I just had my first - err- I can't really call it a bad experience, problem you might say.

I ordered some cables and a carb adjusting tool. None of it was Suzuki OEM.

Problem: First the items were "On Order". No worries, this happens and it's really no delay. Then, I get an e-mail from the President with an apology that some of the items were not available from the usual source. So, My order went to Cross Shipped. This adds 1-4 business days. 1 item in particular took awhile.
So, I am getting nervous as this is my last full week and this coming weekend I need my Carb Tool and I also need my spare cables.

Solution: I contacted their Live support today just to check, they said it should arrive to THEM today. Tonight I have an e-mail that items have shipped.

Summary: THis was totally NOT Bikebandit's fault. I'm not upset in the least. I was getting a bit concerned as MY time was getting short. However, THEIR communication is totally unheard of. Wether it was the actual President of the company or just a Pre-Formatted e-mail, either way it lets you know that they don't forget about you and do really care.

I have absolutely NO concerns that when I DO get my order, it will be right.

This kind of service is just flat out worth any (if) extra pennies.

That happens to almost every oder of mine Dave. I usually still have it around a week.

The order my friend and I put in together that I posted above about on the 17th came in today. Since they processed the order the following day that means it took 5 days to get it. 6 days total from the time I placed the order.

I have another order in that they emailed me today same as yours. I asked them to drop the cross shipped item and ship the rest. They will simply not bill me for the item I dropped and my parts are on their way.

                            Rock on

I had a similar experience.......I ordered parts for my "old" bike from Ron Ayers by entering in the part#. I received a confirmation about my order being received and processed. A couple days later I emailed them about a different part that I had no part # for. I got the same type of response back about how they don't carry parts for bikes that old. The response was short and dismissive. I promptly sent back an email and asked if I should expect the parts I had already ordered a few days ago for my old bike. They then explained that they can still get the parts that are available but do not have the microfisch to look them up.

I ordered a side stand switch for my son's Vulcan from Bike Bandit on Thursday and got it Monday.

                                That's pretty good service.

I also order from Dennis Kirk because I know the service will be good.
