I've had one of Terry Sherrifbuck's adaptors for a couple of summers now and I'm very impressed with his work. Here's two pics of it and two of the cooler which was made up from billet by another mate with a lathe.

Hey Mark, thanks for the photos and instructions for the cooler. Until I saw your picture of the cooler I never did know what make mine was, now I do. Anyway, just for reference you will see that the previous owner bent the mounting brackets for easier mounting of the cooler, don’t do this. The way it is mounted in the picture the front fender actually hits the cooler when the suspension is fully compressed. I have since re-mounted the cooler by bending the brackets mostly straight again and getting the cooler as close as possible to frame tubes. You have to mount it as high and as close to the frame tubes as possible or you will put a nice dent in the top of the front fender. It seems to have a little more clearance that way. Are you listening Keith? You’ll be really pi$$ed if you put a dent in the top of your nice original front fender.
