    Nelson - Rigg tail bag!

Gotta give a shout out to Nelson-Rigg!

I bought one of their commuter series tail bags about a year ago. Had an issue with a zipper pull breaking and they sent me 2 zipper pulls at no charge.

Fast forward to about a month ago........While chasing a couple of GSR hooligans in the Farmington, Missouri area, I had a zipper fail on the tail bag. (It has 2 zippers so it could still be used.) Waited until I got home and contacted Nelson-Rigg. They said to send pics of the inner tag, invoice and the zipper failure. Got a reply about an hour after they got the pics, informing me to destroy the tailbag and send them pics of it. I did as requested and they shipped me a new tail bag the same day!

Excellent product and customer service, IMHO!

When I die, just cremate me and put me in my GS tank. That way I can go through these carbs, one more time!https://www.thegsresources.com/_forum/core/images/smilies/cool.png

I love the Nelson Rigg product line.
I too had a the pull tab come loose.
However, I just twisted a wire thingy from a bread bag.
I may come up with a better solution, but for now it works. 20231003_203123~2.jpg
