    Electrosport customer service

    I would like to share my experience this summer with Electrosport. Mid-summer, I purchased an Electrosport R/R for my 850GL after the original unit failed. The good news is that it worked great. The bad news is that it failed several weeks later. When it failed, I contacted Electrosport via e-mail, explained the situation, and requested an advance replacement.

    They shipped me the replacement by priority mail at no charge to me that week. Their quick response allowed me to get the 850 back on the road in time to get roads scouted for the Fennimore ride this fall.

    While I wasn't happy about the R/R failure, I was very pleased with the service. I also have a pretty good idea on the cause of the failure (Riding hard and fast for a long time on a very hot day), and will be relocating my R/R to the front of the bike to improve the airflow for cooling.

    That's not it, or all of my bikes would have died.
