    Newenough.com Tank Bag Closeout

Newenough.com has a nice Nelson-Rigg CL-650 tank bag on closeout sale for $46 plus shipping. I just picked one up and will post a little review here. It's decent sized bag with straps for better security. Also has an expandable height adjustment from 8" to 13"

Here's the link if anyone else is interested:

I have ordered from NewEnough before and I have always been happy with the products they deliver.

I'll have to be snatching one of those up for sure.

I read an interesting tip on attaching these bags (using 3 attachment straps (2 front, 1 rear).

May be common practice, but the tip was to put two straps through the male connector at the rear, routing one to the left and one to the right side of the frame. An alternate was to use one longer strap looped through the frame sides with the ends coming back together at the connector.

This "triangle" should help reduce shifting side to side of the rear of the bag.

got the bag in 3 days from NewEnough. it's big! should be plenty to fit a laptop, a change of clothes, and a pair of sneakers. With the top unzipped, I could pack away enough for a weekend!

          A steal at $46.
