Chris, thanks for the shameless bump!
In addition to the best prices in town, I find your site useful in so many ways. Just today I was researching a part on ebay listed for a 1980 GS750. Using your fische I find the part is the same on my GS1100. I also see that it is less expensive to order it from you.
I will continue to do business with Flatout.

Chris @ flatout
Flatout is the ONLY way to go getting parts for these bikes. I spent ALOT of money on parts from BB until I started using Flatout. At this point in time I am still ordering parts for bike projects and saving ALOT of money using Flatout. I am a very SATISFIED buyer of parts from Chris and using Flatout. He is Stand-up guy and he has a very good track record getting the parts I need or notifying me when parts are obsolete. Keep up the good work. bmac

Chris,
It's nice to see a supplier being attentive to our, well, for lack of a better term, bitching.
I have ordered in the past and while I loved your prices, the lack of communication and the extreme length of time to recieve parts were the reasons I have been a detractor of you guys. Low prices can only get you so far.
With that said, I am willing to give you guys another chance and the next time I have parts to order it will be through you.

I've had parts from both Flatout & BB as well as a few others. Flatout always did as well as everyone apart from BB who quite often managed to get me parts next day.
As well as their shipping time being shorter (distance duh..) I guess their stock holding of parts are bigger.
I've never had any issues with flatout other than waiting a little longer than I'd like.

My parts arived from Chris at Flatout and communication was fine as was shipping. After my order I got email confirmation, another email with shipping info and then a call to my cell from UPS saying the day it would be delivered and would require a signature. Can't get too much better than that!!

Thanks
Chris,
Thanks for caring about your customer satisfaction.
Personally, I ordered from flatout twice (waiting on order number 2 to ship - order was place last week) but I spoke to Chris about order 1 and the parts shipped when he told me they would and I received them 2 business days later.
Yes, if you could work on letting the people know when to expect their part it would be a plus, otherwise, I don't have any complaints about flatout... great parts, good prices, and again Chris seems to care about his image with the customers.
Thanks
