    Big thumbs up for Z1! I placed an order for a new tach cable yesterday, a big national (observed) holiday, and it shipped today!

    I 2nd that... I recently purchased dyna igniton wires and coils and service was great as usual. These guys are very responsive to emails and you can call them up asking them anything and they are usually pretty helpful. If I had a complaint, it would be that they should modify their online system to automatically email customers a summary of their purchase.

      We do...

      ...we generate a sales confirmation email with all the details out of the ordering process.

      We receive a copy of the email, so we know they get generated.
      We also email shipping confirmation information when the order ships.

      You need to check your anti-spam settings and make sure z1enterprises.com is listed in your white list (the accepted email addresses).

      The emails come specifically from sales@z1enterprises.com and have "Z1 Enterprises, Inc. - Order #" in the title.

        Hey Jeff,
        Why dont you guys have a mocrofisch option?
        I bet your sales would more than double if your site were easier to use.
        Quite honestly I love Z1 but it could be so much better.
        Just a thought.

            At this point the online microfiche are an unlikely option. We are not an OEM dealership, so we cannot legally present the online fiche without the permission of the OEM companies.

            The current version of the web site is getting very old - we've been using and refining this version for 4 years. We do have some new generation software, but there are a few software glitches stopping us from deploying it until those issues are resolved.

            What's planned is a more flexible method of searching for parts. A combination of a model hierarchy coupled with filters allowing search refinements similar to the large online retailers. We'll also have online order tracking, and the ability to preserve a wishlist between online sessions.

            The old web site is a pain to administer - there are over 600,000 cross-references built to attach products to all the different motorcycle model categories...

              I just confirmed and you guys are not in my block list or my spam list. Plus, i consistently check my spam on a daily. I dont think ive ever received an order confirmation from z1. Let me know if you think of any other reasons for this. Your shop has already earned my trust so im not trippin, but if you can get this issue resolved that would be great. Now cycle re cycle... those guys I do NOT trust!

                Unfortunately, the email issue is not something we can control. It's the local ISP's that filter emails and fail to deliver them to their customers. We generate the emails and send them out - after that it's ISP's like Comcast in the USA, Bigpond in Australia and others that apply some very suspect anti-spam filters.

                  no worries... for my next order i will referenece my work email and see if that works.

                    Just to add here, I didn't get a confirmation email on the order i placed the other day either. The only confirmation I have is the draft from my account I never have a problem getting emails from anyone else, I check my junk mail every day. No biggy, I trust you guys, especially after all the good reviews here

                      Orderd my shims, points, plugs, plug caps and gaskets from Z1. Same day I orderd the tires, brakes, fork seals, and springs from Bike bandit. 2 days later my Z1 stuff was at my house, 2 weeks later my BB stuff showed up .


                      Guess who I am ordering from now on?

                        i get an email everytime i use z1, i wish they had more stuff for my bike so i wouldnt have to go elsewhere. they have good prices and top notch people workin for them. get my business all the time.

                          Just placed an order Monday morning. I didn't receive a confirmation email either, but the shipping was so quick I think the parts showed up faster than the email would have!

                          Z1 enterprises rocks, and I would hands-down recommend them to anyone and everyone with or without an email confirmation.

                            Yep just going from memory with about 2-3 orders from them they have about the best customer service I have ever experienced.
