Bike Bandit, poor Customer Serive (lied to?)

I just had a bad experience with them. Ordered case emblem, and they sent the wrong one, then told me the correct one wasn't available, then promised to provide return information, but didn't. I'll stick to PartsShark and Z1.

I had a bad experience with Babbits once though, I ordered 4 Idle jets, they only sent me 3. I got an e-mail saying my 1 jet was on back-order since they were in "high demand....?". I checked and they never charged me for anything yet even though they sent it! So i figured "cool", but then a few days later they charged me, and never sent my 4th jet.
I was tied up with too much **** at the time, so I never even bothered calling them back about it, it was only a $6 part.
I really only needed 1 jet in the first place, but ordered 4 just to keep it Even.


I just stick with z1 and denniskirk from now on.

Both have fast shipping, good selection of parts, and both are usually really cheap.

I purchase my tires from Tire Express (Competition Accessories). The pricing is great and package deals are offered on several brands. Shipping is free on orders over $100, and they are very quick.

I dropped Bike Bandit years ago because of two incidents of poor service, which included an extreme lack of knowledge by the salesperson and taking my money when they never had the part and couldn't get it.

I can't use Competition accessories, because they won't ship to an address other than the billing address. I don't need any motorcycle parts at my forwarding service.

Bike Bandit never ships quickly in my experience. I have received two incorrect items from them. I received a GS1000G choke cable without the threaded part that goes on the carb rail, and I received a DT250 head gasket when I ordered a DT400 head gasket.

They are difficult on returns, and I don't have time for returns.
