    Anyone deal with Dynoman Performance

I'm thinking about purchasing some Mikuni RS 36mm carbs from Dynoman Performance and would like to hear from anyone who has dealt with this vendor before. I would feel better knowing that I'm dealing with a reputable business when making a purchase like this. I've searched this forum but haven't found anything negative but would just like to be sure.

    Thanks,
    Nick

I bought several parts from them and had no issue whatsoever.
They shipped the parts to France very quickly.
One of my pals bought a set of carbs from them since and again no issue.

The filters are their own brand($89.99 list) I know they aren't K&N's but the price is right. I'm leary about buying carbs on ebay that are used, they could be a great deal but could also be a big headache so I'll have to think this over. If anyone else has had any dealings with Dynoman I would much appreciate hearing from you as this will make my decision easier. Thanks to all who have taken the time to answer so far!

I ordered a set of JE pistons from them, they were the best price I had seen. They havent arrived yet, but everything seems good so far

are you sure that you want/need a set of mechanical carbs?
the RS series are awesome but i work on motorcycles for a living and race as well.
these carbs needs semi constant tinkering but are user friendly.
these carbs ARE NOT plug and play...BE AWARE.
they will not be jetted even close for your bike.
if the ebay seller will guarantee the carbs condition then i would go that route for half the cash.

I have not looked for a while, but many Mikuni distributors that use the Mikuni info sheet to advertise, state that the carbs would be shipped jetted specifically, using Mikuni's recommended jet sizes for specific applications. Some members here have reported that the carbs were pretty close, right out of the box....some fiddling was necessary to set the accelerator pump etc. All this gave the impression that they were close to plug & play, at least for a stock-ish bike. I have a set of these RS-36 carbs, and was hoping the Mikuni jet sizes published above would put me in the ballpark, when I get around to trying them on my bike (previous owner used them on a Kawasaki race bike, and they are still jetted for that bike).

all the ones i have sold brand new (36mm)had 115 mains and i believe 17.5 or 20 pilots.
yes you can bolt them on but a stock 1100E will not pull red line with 115 mains.
at least not near sea level.
great carbs but a person needs to tinker PLUS they go out of sink time to time.
remember unless you have a prearranged deal with the seller...
he is selling you GS/GSXR/KZ model fitment carbs...not carbs jetted for your application.

I have a set of RS34mm carbs that came on the bike and were properly jetted so I will use the jets that were in them as a baseline to jet the RS36mm carbs. The jetting should be close(I hope)! Thanks to all those who have replied and offered information as this has helped me decide what I want to do.

I hear ya....they are recommending 130 mains & 17.5 pilot for the GS/KZ 1100, on that Mikuni sheet.
