    Z1 Enterprises

Well, tried to make a large(ish) purchase from them for a few days and kept getting a shipping error message. Maybe I was doing something wrong? Finally sent them an email and holy crap GOT A CALL ON MY PHONE to help fix the issue. Awesome. Seems a sprocket I was ordering was not fully set up online (it happens) they fixed it, got another call back and my parts ordered on Thurs will be here on Monday.

This is an excellent company, great $$, serve our hobby and have real people (Chris is awesome) there to assist. Have ordered before and will again. Just don't tell the kids mom.

Z1 has great customer service. For instance, I had ordered clutch parts and they phoned me be back when they were ready to ship to see if I needed a new gasket. I will continue to make all my future purchases with them.

Z1 is the best of the best imo. I ordered a new stator and RR at the beginning of the week and received delivery (on the other side of the world) before the week ended.

You just can't get better than that. Hats off to Chris, Jeff and the team.

If I ordered locally it would have cost twice the price and would very likely have taken a week or more to arrive (even if it was already in the country).

Yeah.. Jeff said that in a previous thread. It was a reply to me on my dissatisfaction with Boulevard. Can't remember which thread though.

Its funny you say this! I just went online at Boulevard to order some small fasteners for my fairing. The parts came to about $22 and the shipping would have been another $56! So I took all of the part #'s and emailed Z1 with hopes they can do better than that. All of these positive comments here make me feel hopeful.

Send them to the Point if they can get there before next Sunday. And if they can't how desperate are you for the parts ? I could use a few oil filters and I imagine we'll be hooking up from time to time as the weather gets better. I hate paying for shipping.

Z1 Enterprises specializes in quality Motorcycle parts for Honda, Kawasaki, Suzuki and Yamaha Classic Japanese motorcycles from the 1970's and 1980's.

They'll email you back a quote along with options for payment. (I recommend the PayPal option... sending your credit card number via email, even in separate parts, is a big security no-no.) Takes a few email exchanges, but you generally get quick replies during business hours.

Like most companies, we can order just about any part - not only from OEM's, but from a variety of aftermarket sources. For special order parts, we won't always be the cheapest (although I think we are very competitive), we won't always be the fastest - but we will provide much more value add than most companies. If we can't get all the parts you request, we advise what can be obtained and what other options might exist - even if it means pointing you to another company. We belong to a NOS part brokering system that allows us access to old dealer inventory for all those dealers who belong to this service.

                            Hi Jeff,
Is Z1 planning on getting an OEM parts fiche online?

                            Thanks,
                            Dave

Nothing in the short-term. Only OEM dealers can gain access to the online fiche. Both Yamaha and Kawasaki put their fiche online. Honda is close to having a semi-official fiche online. Suzuki is really the only OEM that doesn't put the fiche online
