    Good service

I have been dealing with Boulevard for about 5 months and have been very happy with the service. Brent has been very accomodating and even though we had a few minor wobbles in the start he has taken care of me very well.
About 2 months ago I got them to add Canada as a ship to and a bill to on the website, so I can have them ship to my mail box in USA and use a CC to pay with my Canadian address.
BTW very good pricing compared to local dealers on old GS parts.
    I give them a 4.75 out 5 overall.

    Cheers.

I usually deal with them exclusively for new parts.
Over the long haul there were certainly a few "hiccups" but they straightened them out eventually, you have to pay attention though and follow up quickly if you catch an error.
If all fails I can just ride there, about an hour from where I live.

If you don't need to go though the email hassle I'll give them another chance.Ordering a bit I was going to get off eBay but they are quite a bit less.
Edit:shipping quote was $58 on a $18 order?OK they may fix it but

Shipping to my US mail box is about $15.00 even for a large order, and my mail box is only 15 mins over the border, but I guess being on the Island you can't just pop over the border.
Maybe you can do a combined order with a few others on the Island and save on the shipping.
Why don't you call and ask for Brent in parts and ask if there is a more economical way to ship, their 1-800 number works from Canada.

Guys, ordering parts does take time - as much as I hate it too (I just ordered rear brake parts last night). It's just one of those things we have to live with when the parts we need aren't the most current and therefore aren't well stocked at the dealer.
