    MotorcycleGear.com Outstanding Customer Service

I bought a pair of Tourmaster Flex pants (http://www.motorcyclegear.com/street...cle_pants.html) from NewEnough.com (Motorcyclegear.com) on the 1st of March to replace the ones I currently use. I received the pants yesterday after work and inspected them to make sure they fit just like the ones I tried at Iron Pony. Unfortunately, I found the stitching on one of the zipper seams had come away from the pants.

I sent them an email about 6am this morning asking what could be done about it fully expecting the standard answer - send them back on your dime and we'll get something out to you. Actually however, I received a UPS RMA label and an email from them about 10am stating they would send out another pair of pants after they inspected them. I am to hold onto the ripped pair until after I get the new ones and to send it back using the pre-paid label. Additionally, if the ones coming aren't right then I am to include that pair in the same box using the same label.

It's really nice to see businesses looking out for their customers instead of worrying about the bottom line. To finish this story, I received the shipping information from UPS for the new pants by 5pm this afternoon; supposed to have them by Monday, Mar 17th.

They are good people to do business with, most of my gear came from them.

Life is a balancing act, enjoy every day, "later" will come sooner than you think. Denying yourself joy now betting you will have health and money to enjoy life later is a bad bet.

You're preaching to the choir here, buddy. I love these guys, although I still wish they hadn't changed their name from NewEnough.com .

In addition to phenomenal service, they also have mind-boggling clearance sales if you're a frugal type (especially if you're not overly picky about colors). Get on the email list and jump fast if something comes up you need.

Just one example: last week, I scored a Shoei Qwest helmet on clearance for $175 shipped. $300-$330 on sale everywhere else.

Their "Almost Free" sales are amazing, too -- basically, something goes on sale for, say, $200 or whatever, but you also get a merchandise credit for $150.

And then there's the "Customer Closet", where you can sell your lightly used gear and they handle all the shipping and such. You get store credit or cash.

Received the replacement pants today without any rips or seams coming off but won't be able to use them for a bit as we stripped the tank back down and will re-paint it once I can get the can shook up for us again.
