my 85 450GA is having a small fuel leak from its https://www.partzilla.com/product/suzuki/13491-44500. I believe it's some form of surge valve. Where are they hiding? I cannot seem to find the rubber OR the complete assembly anywhere. Does someone have 50 in their basement? Either way let me know and I will GLADLY pay you. Otherwise does anyone have any idea how I could make a new one?

How about buying a thin sheet of viton rubber, then cutting out a new diaphragm? Depending on size, an old carb slide diaphragm could also be repurposed. A doable project, but not a simple one.
Edit: if you search eBay for "accelerator pump" and then narrow the search to "motorcycle" parts, you will find several options that may work. Honda (Keihin) has a very similar part. It seems to be 29mm diameter, though. I think yours is closer to 25mm? Anyway, you may want to dig around to look for something that can be modified...
