Poor navigation?
No, they put it where you can see it walking through the little park, or from the road on the left which you can barely see through the trees. There's no place to stop on that road, and a lot of traffic so I couldn't take the picture from there, the parking lot for the park is a little distance away, couldn't get the bike in position for a better shot with the bike in the picture.

I'm out. Closest I can get is a Russian missile cruiser docking on Thursday. Might just go down and take a couple of shots for giggles.
