    You're right - been there, done that.

    Price would be high if it was a dead-stock original. This one, partially cafe'd, lots of aftermarket parts, maybe 1/2 what he's asking. Plus the bad spelling means anyone searching for "Triumph" or "Bonneville" ain't going to find that one.

        They're getting there though and parts availability is very good (every single part is still available new I think). And $1200 for a hi-frame, 1 year only Bonnie? That is so cheap the guy should be institutionalised. Somebody should get all over that.

                  If it's a 80-81 1100 engine, I bet anything the crank has twisted on it.

                  Stuff I've done to my bike 1100E front end with new Sonic springs, 1100E swing arm conversion with new Progressive shocks installed, 530 sprockets/chain conversion, new SS brake lines, new brake pads. New SS fasteners through out. Rebuilt carbs, new EBC clutch springs and horn installed. New paint. Motor runs strong.

                        It is a good bike for beginners or experienced. Racer.

                            The Toyota 22R engine might be worth a couple of hundred dollars if it runs.
