It's pretty heavy too but I think it would look cool on a chopper or a bobber.

...and it does "crank" with a hot-wired starter. 90-120 psi could be worse. What else could go wrong?

This is a fine example of blatant honesty:

The bike looks like it has been to hell and back. It looks horrible.

It's nice, but $1600? NADA Excellent is $1700. For $1600, I'd want the original seat.

1980 Suzuki GS450 Classic. This bike was a winter project the neighbor and I took on. The bike was parked in another neighbors garage for 20+ years, last licensed in 1988. The bike needed some work, but it is complete and ready to ride now. Everything works on the bike, including the speedometer, tachometer, shift indicator, turn signals, driving lights and headlight. If you would like a classic motorcycle for the price of a scooter, then this may be the ride for you. 11,450 original miles. Call Milford at one of the numbers below after 1 PM.

                      New Battery
                      New Spark Plugs
                      New Air Filter
                      6-Speed Transmission
                      Fresh Oil Change and Filter
                      New Fuel Petcock
                      Freshly Cleaned Fuel Tank
                      Rebuilt Carburetors
                      Original Factory Tool Kit
                      Original Owners Manuals
                      Serviced Front Brakes
                      Includes Wind Shield, not installed

The bike starts, runs and rides fine. You may want to consider new tires in the near future. Plenty of tread remains, but the tires are old – no visible weather checking. There is some corrosion on the aluminum side case covers and one of the front shocks, but nothing that takes away from the overall appearance of the bike. Front chrome fender is like new and the body paint is in like new condition.
