Spray the bike frame with glue, toss it into a scrap metal dumpster and shake?

Interesting bike, kinda so-so for upgrades, hate the paint job. Needs a fork brace.
I'd buy it if I intended to race a GS1000.1982 GS1100G- road bike

Long Forgotten Suzuki Model
I've been looking for a much sought-after "Suzuki Windkutter" for ages.
From his description, he seems like a knowledgeable owner with an eye for detail:
1978 Suzuki Windkutter Mark IV motorcycle for sale, $1500 or best offer. 14,678 miles.

Seen on CL today: asking price is $4500 CDN At that price, I'd expect none of the floats to be sticking:
Gs750 tank, 1976 wheels, custom seat and clipon handle bars. New chain and sprockets, rebuilt harness and cleaned carbs, rebuilt brakes, integrated tail light, aftermarket foot levers, shifter and instruments. Has both electric and kick start.
All work professionally done by previous owner.
One of the carb floats is sticking.

1. "Professional" is not a measure of quality, only means they got paid for it.
