We had two Honda ST's....black and burgundy....Rob on his 83 gs1100ef lent his ST to a guy that his bike failed at breakfast...

I took a spin out to Canyon Lake yesterday. Not a long ride (50 miles roundtrip), but a pleasant one.

That photo is from 129photos.com. We did not make it to Blue Ridge Parkway, this trip. We rented a cabin in Tellico Plains, TN and used that as our base for the four days of riding. Hit the more well-known roads, Route 68, Cherohala Skyway, etc., Fontana Dam, as well as some less-known roads. Fun trip!

Yeah, they had some good pics, but this was the best, with the road twisting ahead of us.

Nice selfie, with the faceshield down so we don't.... I mean, so we do see the reflection so see more of the scene in other direction. Yah, that adds a lot to the picture.
And with the helmet coordinated with the bike paint scheme.

                      Nice view of the area.
Might that be a small airport, with the tall but narrow building?

This made me laugh. A lot. As a person drinking a beer on a beautiful summer day in a place that is probably covered in snow 6 months out of the year.
