What front fender is this?

I've looked and looked, but can only find fenders close, but just not it. It may be from something that isn't even offered in the states. The bike in the video has Uruguay plates, but even googling bike in Uruguay I don't see anything like it.:cool:GSRick

The guy from the video replied:

He also gave me a link to their website. As of yet, I haven't been able to find it on there, though.
