    Speedo rebuild?

Hey gang, it’s been awhile, but I’m still around and keeping my wife's ‘80 550L going strong.
The speedometer cable that came with the bike failed, so I replaced it with a genuine Suzuki part. It lasted about 30 miles. I have narrowed it down to the speedo itself no turning fast enough.
Is there an option to rebuild? Or should I just pick up a replacement?

Not that I know of, his facebook page is the only one that I know of. By the way he is expanding out in restoring some other things on these older GSs.

I know a good seamstress that does a great job on mine. Although she says that the leopard print ones can be difficult, the tiger strip ones are apparently easier.

                Oh...wait....wrong kind of speedos. Sorry...

I tried, but for some reason the camera lens shattered. Weird...
