Pulling out his wallet and offering cash to cover damages?...yup, means there was a massive over-reach.

And that justifies knocking his bike over how?

The cop had absolutely no right to do that...it's not like the biker was doing something wrong before this happened.

operating a vehicle without a plate typical squuid pos.
cant really see from a good vantage point
is cop responding to a complaint?
doesn't matter no plate is grounds for arrest
looks to me like bikers milking it and took an exaggerated fall

Ah no.... There was a plate though obscured by the fender.... Grounds for a fine not an arrest..... And evidently ownership of a Gixer is being a " squid " in your world as there was no speeding or reckless driving involved.... Not to mention the cop knew he pucked up when he tried to pay him off ......

I'm not usually one to call you out on some of the crazier things you come up with, but I have absolutely no idea how you could think the POs actions are responsible or warranted

Damn dude, that's a lot of spleen vented over a bunch of unsubstantiated assumptions...sometime in the past a guy on a sport bike beat you up and take away your birthday??
