    Back in the GS Saddle - '80 850G

    As mentioned in another thread, I've recently picked up another project, a 1980 GS850G with 41k miles. It will need the usual stuff, but at least the battery is functional!

    Once I get the engine, carbs. tires, and brakes sorted out, I'll probably pull off the Vetter and go naked. Anybody want a clean one with functional headlight and signals?

            Yes looks good. Like Pilot, can't wait to see it when you're finished. Wanting to say, for me, what the inside of the tank looks like is more important than the outside. Griffin has a thread going right now, "Tank sprang a leak while in storage"
