    New member 1980 gs550e

    Hello,
have owned a 1980 gs550e for a little over a year. Acquired it through some horse trading, did not seek it out. It is my first bike. Do not have much money invested just a moderate amount of time and know how.

    Welcome to GSR.
    THanks for introducing yourself.

Do post any questions or concerns in appropriate technical section.
Do post pics of any ride.
Do post pic of bike here.

How are you doing learning to ride?
Did you take a MSF class? IF not, I would recommend it even yet.

Howdy! This place is awesome. So many people here have helped me get my bike running after being non-operational for many years.
