    My 79 GS425E restoration

So .... this is what she looked like when I picked her up for $300, severely neglected, no title.

This is what she looks like now:

    Recent work performed:

    - custom paint job
    - carbs cleaned, rebuilt, and tuned
    - front brake caliper rebuilt and painted
    - new front brake pads and rear brake shoes
    - new dual purpose tubes and tires
    - new agm sealed battery and all new wiring
    - new & upgraded polaris r/r
    - new & upgraded stator
    - new & upgraded hagon shocks
    - New jt sprockets and did roller chain
    - new stainless steel headlight housing
    - new marine vinyl
    - new paint on fork and rims

Want to thank the GS community for all their help. Still a work in progress but I am very happy.

This angle is a bit better but before adding fresh paint on the wheels, forks, gas cover, and exhaust. I also have the side covers painted and ready to put back on.
