    No longer a GS owner

After 26 years, the GS1150E and I have parted ways. In hindsight, I should have seen it coming. The times we spent together were getting fewer and farther apart, and in the times we had together, she was becoming more and more of a "High Maintenance" relationship. I know I will be seeing her again though. She went to live with one of my friends. And now, my friend wants to "double date" with me and "The Mistress" on weekends!

Not sure how these old bikes get to be maintenance maids. Seems like, with proper upkeep and tuning, they are as reliable as new stuff. I got rid of an FZ1 after 60K because it just had no personality.

Oh, and this board positively clobbers the FZ1OA, which was becoming a Republican toad hangout when I was leaving.

Well then, we'll just have to cancel your GSR membership, kick you out onto the street and never post here again until you get another GS.
