That is exactly the same as the one I had, Academy Gray and all! Enjoy the grunt, fastest accelerating bike I ever had.
        sigpic2002 KLR650 Ugly but fun!
2001 KLR650 too pretty to get dirty

Life is a balancing act, enjoy every day, "later" will come sooner than you think. Denying yourself joy now betting you will have health and money to enjoy life later is a bad bet.

Wow, that's got a steep rake.
The first one I saw was marvinsc's, thought it was cool right off. Recognized the 1st generation GSXR engine in there.

1982 GS1100G- road bike, body, seat and suspension modded
          1990 GSX750F-(1127cc '92 GSXR engine) track bike, much re-engineered
1987 Honda CBR600F Hurricane; hooligan bike, restored

Shame Suzuki doesn't make 4 cylinder shafties anymore. Never had a go a GSX1100G... If the New GSX1250F had a shaft I would have strongly considered a Suzi over the Kawi.

            Enjoy your new Zuk! Congrats!

Good looking bike! Yep they are fairly raked out which makes them NOT so great at cornering. But, they will burn up the slab.

2001 Yamaha FZ1 (bought same one back)
