    New owner of 1977 GS550

Hello from Milwaukee! I just picked up this 1977 GS550 from a buddy I work with. He told me it had been sitting for 4 years in his garage. So i told him that i'd give him $250 bucks for it and he agreed. The bike is actually in pretty decent shape! I used to work part time at a vintage motorcycle shop (nothing too advanced) but I am at least confident I'll have it up and running in no time. As of this moment I have the carbs off and just waiting on some new gaskets and other tools to help me get this thing on the road! I have a new motorycle that I love but I missed having something that I could tear into and work on, so it worked out perfectly that a coworker didn't want this anymore!

    My bike History:
    1st Bike: 1971 Honda CB350F (Sold)
    2nd Bike: 1981 Yamaha XJ750 (Sold)
    3rd Bike: 2016 Ducati Panigale 959 (Current)
4th Bike: 1977 Suzuki GS550 (Current, and fixing up)
