    I'm back

Dropped off the planet for some years, but I'm back, same user name.
82 1100gk. Have a 87 wing also. But that's a sad split up story so for now I'm back on old trusty. Something told me don't sell her. Since I been gone I have had a left knee replacent. Shattered right ankle and leg 2 plates 18 pins. I'll die riding is fine with me.
So I took suzi out of 2 years storage. Doing brakes, fluids, 1 tire. The usual cleaning of electrical the basics for safety. She fired right up with a new battery n my heart races omg I love the sound she makes. Besides the end play in the 1 cam hahhaha.

      Welcome back!

I've had both my knees totally replaced as well; last year...right knee (Mar 21) and left knee (Apr 18). I've had my bike parked for some time as well. But my story is another topic.

As for you...sounds like you are very happy to get back into it. Post pics and let us know how you're getting on.

back to the ol’ GK, eh.
i can imagine your excitement hearing it run after two years (I had that experience last night, but was less than 3 weeks)

back on bike with with knee replacement and other leg injury’s.... I suppose okay if you can hold bike up, and don’t reinjur your self.

do post pics of the GK.

Best to have photos on a site like Flicker or Google or something like Photobucket (well, like photobucket used to be). Then we can talk about how to post the pics.

              May I call you brother?

I don't believe there is such a thing as a "peaceful death." I believe a person who dies in their sleep still experiences the most extreme violence and trauma as their awareness is wrested away and devoured.

Riding is more important than uploading. My left knee gave me problems on a staircase last week, and today I couldn't stand or walk fully upright. I must get Suzi back on the road ASAP.
