New guy. With several projects. Saying hello !

Hello, I’m a newbie directed here by a face book group called Gs salvage. I have a 81 gs550t and recently picked up a few parts bikes. A 78 gs750 and a 79 gs1000. I’m thinking of putting the 750 back together with as many of the 1000 parts I can to save coin. The rest after I’m finished scavenging what I can I’m going to part out what’s left to offset some cost as much as possible.

so far this site has given me many answers thus far. Loads of information!!! Thanks !!!!

      Thanks for intro.

Pics of bike would help better determine specific models, and then knolodgble folks can help with the 750 verses 1000 parts interchangability. In that regard; Good that both are pre 1980.
