Super clean looking T there Matt. Really enjoyed reading the story as well. Congrats on the BOM, a really deserving bike for sure.

Agreed, that is one nice looking bike. Way to keep it in the family, it should serve future riders very well.

Thanks guys. My newest project got hit in a parking lot a couple days ago, hope to have it back together soon so I can submit it for BOM. It's an 83 GS750T, and it's got avoid story as well.

Yeah, what is up with this? Two different bikes for the BOM?

Both are beautiful just the same.

I just got an email, for BOM, but when I looked earlier, I saw the yellow bike as well....

                  was there an ooopppsss

Seems Mats bike was BOM for December 2012

perhaps someone uploaded the wrong link earlier.....

Either way it's all good, both bikes will be on the GSR for a long time.....

                  Cheers

Silver ehhh,,,ohh well maybe next time...or the Yamaha....

but I am glad you enjoyed the build, it actually helped, especially when I felt like giving up and the members came on and encouraged me to go on....

it was a fun ride for sure....

I know my Yamaha project is not a Suzuki and won't win BOM, I hope not....lol, but I hope others are enjoying it as well, it is a bike....after all...
