That reminds me of one of the now funny, not-so-funny-then luggage rack losses I had was when I was heading home from the Kawasaki shop I worked for, in San Francisco, for many years, with a plastic grocery bag containing a couple of lobsters that my boss gifted me, knowing I was from New England originally. I got on the freeway heading to the Bay Bridge, and I heard this flappity, flapitty, FLAP, looked in the rear view, the tragedy flickered in the mirror-GONE!! Poor little buggers, all the way from cold, friendly NE waters, only to get squashed in San Francisco!!sigpicSome of the totally committed probably should be.
