    This is one of me in the '80s -- it's a '74 model if I remember correctly.
    It looks like a water buffalo..what ever happened to the bike?

      I don't know. You know oldtimers disease and all that. I think I might have traded it in on a Guzzi 850.

      HEY, I even had black hair back then. That was 27 years ago.

      They were pleasant memories.

      Sorry, Yes it was a GT750. They had various names. This one was a bit of a hot rod. 3mm shaved off the head. Bigger carbs. Big tubed 3 into 1 expansion chambers, etc. It had plenty of get up and go.

        82 550m

        My 82 550M outside of Dallas Tx. Rode from Ft. Bliss in El Paso Tx to Miami Fl. Three day trip that I will never forget.

            Here's a shot of me on my 1982 Suzuki GS750E before a 5500 mile roadtrip from Iowa to California and many points between. I bought it new and drove it about 12,000 miles before selling it in '84. I got back into biking last October and now have a 1979 GS850GN, also with Shoei fairing, Eclipse tank bag and Bag Man soft luggage. It's great to be on two wheels again and this site is a great help in many ways!
