Working on a really tought stain

This is my wife Wendy, just before going on her first ever ride with me. My first passenger. We finally got her all the gear last weekend, except boots. She has some pretty sturdy hiking boots that she wore today. I'd feel better if she had proper riding boots, but one good rainstorm will convince her that they're not too expensive. With all the liners in the jacket and pants, she looks like a little burnt Michelin woman.

Anyhow, I thought we'd be out for maybe half an hour with both of us trying this for the first time. We were out nearly 3 hours. Fort Ancient, Caesar's Creek Dam, and that covered bridge near Waynesville.

She must be a great passenger, because I could hardly tell she was back there, apart from the bike being a little sluggish. A beautiful day and a nice ride.

Just had to take care of that one thing before going on ride.

First ride, and it was 3 hours. Sounds good.

Yep, those are some great areas to ride. I like that road to Oregonia, and the covered bridge. I did my ride Sat. morning, but north of I-70, up around Bethel township and stopped for lunch in Christiansburg. Nice up there, but kinda flat.

And thought this was going be a thread about what happens when you stuff it into a corner way too fast and get both ends loose .... or should I say three ends loose.
