After taking I-70 west in California and turning right at Chillcoot, Ca.

After turning around and heading back to the parking area...

A some pic's from the parking area:

Leaving Frenchman's and headed back towards Chilcoot.
Plenty of sand all over the roadway mixed with patches of ice!
I probably should have worn my Winter pants today. LOL!

From Chilcoot, we headed east on I-70 back to Hallelujah Junction and headed north again towards Susanville, Ca.
We turned east on Red Rock Road in southern Ca.

      Part II

      Part III

Yes, Red Rock Road is a long road that makes a horseshoe bend through two States.
At the end of the ride, we had covered a little over 100 miles.

      Get out there and ride!

Great pictures Daniel but you do mean I80 and not I70 right? 70 stops in Salt Lake.

Why does it sound like something is dragging in that first video?

I-70 goes west to Sacramento through Portola from Hallelujah Junction.
I-80 Goes from San Fransisco through Salt Lake to Colorado, etc.

              PM Sent Daniel

Clean your box out. That still proved my point - I70 stops at I15 in Utah NOT California

                  That's California Highway 70 NOT Interstate (I) 70.

                  Chilcoot

                  1. Head east on CA-70 E toward Patterson St
                  5.7 mi

                  2. Continue onto Larder Way
