Fireman saved my gs
Not much of a story, my apartment burned down on Sunday. Durring the fire a piece of burning beamage landed on my gs. Fireman knocked it off, moved the bike a few feet and threw a tarp over it to keep the fire hoses off of it. Talked to him after he said that he rides thats why he took the time to do it. Its covered in burnt blobs of god knows what but its still in one piece.Tags: None

New York's Bravest! (Or where ever.)
Never forget 9-11!1982 GS1100E V&H "SS" exhaust, APE pods, 1150 oil cooler, 140 speedo, 99.3 rear wheel HP, black engine, '83 red
2016 XL883L sigpic Two-tone blue and white. Almost 42 hp! Status: destroyed, now owned by the insurance company. The hole in my memory starts an hour before the accident and ends 24 hours after.

Always much respect for those Public Safety folks who risk their lives to save our property.
Glad that you (and the bike) are okay, and thanks is definitely due to the nameless fireman who saved your baby.
