    Suzuki Guys pop up everywhere

So, yesterday I wet to view a parts GS1100E that had been on CL for a few days, thinking that I may find a few parts I could use. The seller tells me someone is coming for the motor about the same time

I pull up across the street from the address and am greeting by jeering "Go away!" . Turns out it's JoeSigns and his brother Dave, pulling out the motor. I haven't seen them since last fall, at the fundraiser for the racers to go to AU for the Island Classic

I hang around and BS with them for a while, ask Joe about his placing at PI, he explains he's down 30 HP (154 v. 185) to the Streens, but it was fun nonetheless. He's getting a stronger motor built now.

We chat about various bike things, admire the sellers bikes (GS110ES, GPz1100, GPz 750, FZ600 and78 GS1000) and just catch up

I was late to bring my machinist lunch, but he was OK with that
