    GS ride and camp

Just got back from a 3 day, 400 mile ride through NH and VT up to the Canadian border. Usually I mule up the old GS(or whatever bike I have at the moment) with the tent and rough it but this time I stayed in luxury of a cabin. This thread is for you to share some of your ride and camp trips you've done this year or will do now that you're maybe motivated to do the same.

Destination...the Taj Mahal on Back Lake and then the evening sunset with a cold beer.

I rested the bike for a day and used the kayak for my transport. Getting out in the dark and waiting for the morning sunrise...priceless.
Starting to transition from dark to light, just me and the loons!

And then the moment worth waiting for in 44F degree temps....

Awesome, it looks so tranquil. Getting up early to see the sunrise is a lot different than getting up early to go to work. Thanks for sharing your vacation with us.

I've seen enough, I'm coming up to your part of the country next summer for my vacation!

My best friend and I were up at Bartlett Lake this past weekend to kayak and hike.

We hiked Overton Trail on Sunday, but the kayaking on Saturday was a highlight due to the lack of boats on the lake.
