Hey guys, a few of you PM'd me to make sure I was still breathing. Thanks! Sorry I didn't get back to this thread sooner but thanks for the concern!

The ride went great, for me at least. My buddy rode down from Philly on his GS1100 (http://www.thegsresources.com/_forum...d.php?t=140591) but sprung a major oil leak and had to retorque the head someplace in VA and finally left the bike in Ithaca when we got up there. Probably a good idea since I ended up pressure washing HIM somewhere around Scranton, PA at 3am one morning to get the oil off. That night ended with sacking out on our jackets in a Rite-Aide parking lot until traffic picked up.... heh. Good times.

There were a few course corrections due to weather and tire oiling plus a side trip to Baltimore but I plan to hit northern WV again later this summer and hit the spots I missed on the way up this time.
